If he likes to reinterpret classic dishes, he also wants that his customers enjoy authentic, tasty food.
Simply let tell each plate its own story with its experience, know-how but also its sensitivity.
To achieve this, Pierre Reboul closely works with his team every month and a half for a new menu and also with waiters, who bring his cuisine to the dining room.
The wine waiter makes discover a selection, drawn up with the Chef, of wine served in glasses to accompany every type of dish and extend the tasting tour.
There is even the opportunity to buy some bottles of proposed wine, just to carry on the tour at home…
